针对此问题,合理的工作安排可以让你事半功倍,那该如何安排呢?
这里你就要分清主次,确定优先的标准是重要性和紧急性,区分轻重缓急,然后将工作划分为必须做好的、应该做好的、争取做好的这三个类别。这样就可以避免一会儿做这,一会儿做那,结果没一件工作做好,不仅浪费了时间与精力,还不见成效。
首先,你要知道哪些是必须做好的,其实上班的第一件事,并不是给客户发邮件告知我们已经上班,而是你要收集信息和准备资料,信息准确与否和资料充分与否直接影响到你接下来的跟进工作是否顺利,这个是基础性的。
